We often store memories, thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that have become locked in our subconscious, and held onto by our bodies. These impact your energy and your frequency. By using a combination of crystals, meditation, and channeling these sessions help you to increase the rate of your vibration; cut ties to old patterns and show you what might be hidden that you need to release. Answer Before The Session: 1) What is your life purpose? In other words, what are you here to do, teach, or learn? 2) What, if anything is blocking you from living your purpose? 3) What have you tried to remove this block? 4) What would your life look like if this block was no longer there? I start preparing for your session a few days before we meet. I review your pre-work; tune into your energy, and pick an oracle card to guide our time together. Prior to the session I intuitively design a crystal grid for you; and clear the energy in the room. During your session we may briefly touch on how I came to do this work and I may provide a little bit of education about the Lemurian Seed Crystals which are integral to the work I do. During the session we engage in a meditation together; I rely on my claircognizance + clairsentience to guide the session. I also channel my Lemurian Spirit guides; who help me deliver the greatest healing to you, based on your needs. Following the meditation I will share the card I picked for you; and I may recommend follow up sessions; specific crystals or activities to practice at home... It will all depend on what drops in. After the Session: Most people feel energized; lighter; excited; and extremely positive following the Light Activation Session. Some are more contemplative as things are brought to surface (sometimes again) that may be uncomfortable or unfamiliar. Occasionally with energy work, some may feel nauseous; experience irritability, have headaches or feel lethargic. You body may have been working really hard to rid yourself of toxins during the process. Please let me know if that happens so I can support you.
